Our breakthrough emerged when a worried client faced a meeting moved up by several hours, requiring deliveries to align precisely. Instead of saying "impossible," our team devised what we now call "flex-timing"—floral arrangements that look flawless whether they arrive at 9 AM or 2 PM.
